Welcome to my blog.

I am Reshmee Auckloo. I currently work as a Modern Workplace Associate Manager at Avanade. Since January 2024, I have been a Microsoft MVP in the M365 award category.

My career began in .NET development, and in 2011 I moved into SharePoint and Project Server. A decade later, I embarked on my cloud transformation journey with SharePoint Online and M365, where I discovered an incredible ecosystem of extensibility options. The community resources that supported my learning journey inspired me to give back with this blog, and since 2021, I’ve been an active contributor to many community projects including: PnP Sample Scripts, PnP PowerShell, CLI for M365, and more.

I’m passionate about the “sharing is caring” philosophy, championing women in tech, and helping other in the community. My contributions have been recognized with being invited to become part of the Core PnP team and a maintainer of PnP PowerShell - which is near and dear to my heart. In addition, I was honoured to be awarded as a ESPC Inspire Awards winner as a Trailblazer in 2025.

Beyond work and community engagements, I cherish spending quality time with my two daughters, family, and friends.
